I had this odd occurance and thought of
Coast to Coast and emailed it to them.
What do you think about it?
I had a recent experience that I thought I should share with
someone and thought if anyone has the guests and audience which could help to
explain this, or get something from it, it would be that of Coast to Coast.
First let me say that I am not on any medications and although I
do work long hours I was well awake during the afternoon this occurred. I’ll
explain it as well as I can for you to understand what happened.
I exited a big box store pushing a cart of groceries and looked in
the direction where I remembered parking my van. It's relatively new, dark
black or very dark blue in color depending on how you look at it and of course it
looks similar in style to many other vans on the road; much like how most cars
look alike these days.
I walked down the parking aisle with the rear of all the vehicles
facing me and I walked right up to what I was sure was my own van and pushed
the button on my key ring to open the back hatchback door. I heard the
"beep" and was about to lift the back hatchback door and saw the
word: FORD in big white letters across the back and realized I was trying to
get into someone else's van! My van is a DODGE. So I go through the quick
feeling of being embarrassed combined with hoping no one saw that I was
violating someone else's “space”.
So thinking then that I must be parked in the next row of cars, I
push my cart toward the front of the vehicle walking on the driver's side looking
ahead across to the next aisle because I'm sure I parked somewhere close. The
van looked so different than mine and I was still feeling a bit
"weird" about my mistake as I pushed my card alongside the van and just
glanced inside the side windows. At first it was someone else’s with a
different interior but then I did a double take because now the contents inside
were indeed my things! So I left the cart and walked to the back of the van and
it now read: DODGE and it was now my van.
I've never had an experience like this; did I experience some kind
of time warp or walk in and out of a third dimension?
Was it a "trick"?
