The Letter "D", Delight in Life!

Hello again; that is if you’ve joined us for our 26 week adventure. This week we are at the 4^th letter which of course you know is the letter “D”.

The intent of our group is to become better people and make the world better one person at a time; ourselves! To do this we create our own affirmation starting with the phrase “I am” followed by 3 positive words with start with the letter of the week.

I've also included 3 Tips to "Delete Depression" which you may be interested in for yourself of another at the end of this article. 

Choose three words from the list.

Write “I am” on a 3 x 5 card followed by the 3 words of your choice (see list below; you may need to “tweak” them a bit to fit the sentence).

Now look at your card and read your sentence (or sentences if you have 3 “I am…” sentences on your card) 3 times a day; morning, noon and night. And do this for the full 7 days until next week’s letter choice.

It may take a few weeks to “see” or experience any “positive” results from this exercise, but believe me you will. When you do, please let everyone know in the comments section below. And include questions or any other comments worthy and edifying.
